When you service with BMW of Fairfield, each guest will receive a Video Walk-Around of their vehicle. The Video Walk-Around allows you to hear recommendations from the technician who inspected your vehicle. We’ll highlight repairs needed, provide a report on the vehicle’s overall health, and give suggestions on which items need to be taken care of immediately, to ensure their safety now, and which can be handled later, to minimize risk down the road!

INTEGRITY

Integrity means we give our guests all available information regarding their vehicle so they can make informed decisions. Your Service Advisor or Technician will contact you about any new information they discover regarding your car. This way, you can ensure you’re making an informed decision about the next step.!
